## Description

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who lives and breathes user-centered design. You'll own the end-to-end design experience across our mobile and web platforms, turning complex problems into intuitive, elegant solutions that delight users and drive impact.

What You'll Do

 * Lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences for our mobile and web applications
 * Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful design solutions
 * Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
 * Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs
 * Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
 * Champion design best practices and the latest UI/UX trends across the team
