## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
 * 6+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development
 * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
 * Strong experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
 * Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar)
 * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
 * Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
 * Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
 * Experience with Linux environments and scripting

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
 * Knowledge of Apache Kafka or messaging technologies
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments
 * Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments
 * Experience working in Agile environments
 * Ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical excellence across teams

## Description

In this role, you will design and deliver secure, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise systems. You will work across distributed and cloud-native environments to implement authentication, authorization, and integration capabilities that support modern application architectures and secure access to critical platforms., * Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions across enterprise applications and systems

 * Build and implement authentication and authorization integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Single Sign-On (SSO)
 * Develop scalable Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot
 * Integrate applications with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar
 * Design and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions
 * Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes environments
 * Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, integration, and application issues across distributed systems
 * Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and production support activities
 * Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Mentor team members and support overall technical capability development
