 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating with on-site teams
 * Reliable and available for the full contract duration

## Description

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist with a Windows 11 migration project across 3 sites in the Cardiff area. This is a short-term 4-day contract, ideal for engineers available immediately., You will be working alongside existing on-site engineers, providing hands-on support to end users during and after the migration., * Assisting users with first-time logins on Windows 11 devices

 * Providing basic troubleshooting and support
 * Supporting with common issues such as:
 + Reconnecting / re-adding printers
 + Login or user profile queries
 * Delivering a friendly, user-focused support experience on-site
