This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and identifying top engineering talent for EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) projects supporting a wide variety of industries including refinery, chemical, pharmaceutical, clean room, HVAC, state and municipal infrastructure, and data center environments. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for technical engineering roles in industrial and regulated environments and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiting environment.
