This role drives alignment between MEPPI's IT strategy and broader Mitsubishi Electric technology initiatives while ensuring secure, scalable, and value-driven implementation of emerging solutions. What You'll Do Technology Strategy & Innovation * Partner with all MEPPI divisions to identify and evaluate emerging technologies that improve business processes and product offerings. * Collaborate with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric US representatives to ensure MEPPI requirements are incorporated into enterprise-wide technology initiatives. * Work closely with the IT Director to align MEPPI's IT strategy with MELCO and MEUS direction on emerging technologies. * Stay current on commercially developed technologies through participation in industry trade shows, technology user groups, and professional networks. Implementation & Governance * Drive implementation and adoption of emerging technologies across MEPPI divisions. * Ensure emerging technologies are implemented securely and in compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements. * Apply Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices across both waterfall and agile project environments. * Recommend and participate in vendor selection processes for emerging technologies. * Negotiate contracts with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
