 * Leads multiple large-scale, complex IT initiatives
 * Responsible for:

 * Project planning and execution
 * Stakeholder coordination
 * Timeline, scope, and budget management, * Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
 * Define project requirements with stakeholders
 * Manage project lifecycle including scope and change control
 * Prepare and maintain project documentation
 * Align tasks, timelines, and resources with milestones
 * Track defects and ensure proper testing processes
 * Report status, risks, and mitigation strategies
 * Identify and manage project risks
 * Facilitate communication between technical and business teams
 * Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
 * Ensure adherence to project management standards and SDLC
 * Mentor junior team members
 * Support additional PMO activities as assigned
