Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits modules. * Techno-functional expertise including integrations, reporting, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher. * Experience with Jira and Agile project delivery methodologies. * Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall SDLC frameworks. * Oracle Cloud certifications preferred. ## Description We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise-wide Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires a strong blend of functional and techno-functional expertise, with deep experience across Core HR, Recruiting, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and Payroll.
