## About the Role

* Minimum 5-7 years of experience developing large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
 * Proven expertise in Python, with strong object-oriented programming and application design skills.
 * Hands-on experience working with Postgres and building web applications.
 * Deep understanding of Generative AI solutions, including AWS Bedrock and MCP.
 * Expertise in prompt engineering and best practices for AI model deployment.
 * Skilled in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
 * Strong debugging, testing, and optimization abilities.
 * Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based deployment.
 * Leadership experience managing both on-shore and off-shore engineering teams.
 * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Experience with LLMs and microservice architecture.
 * Knowledge of SOA principles and enterprise software design.
 * Professional certifications in cloud or AI technologies.
 * Interest in learning new tools, languages, and development workflows.

Preferred Education and Experience:

 * Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, or engineering.
 * Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.

Other Requirements:

 * This role involves 2 days onsite at our client's facility in either Holmdel, NJ or Jersey City, NJ. Flexibility to adapt to project needs is essential.
 * A proactive mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration.
