You will stay hands-on by developing within your scrum squad while acting as the technical bridge between product and execution. This role allows you to stay dedicated to engineering, as all people-management responsibilities (such as career growth and 1-on-1s) are handled by our Software Development Managers. * You act as the technical authority within the "Trio" (Product Owner, Designer, and Tech Lead), ensuring that the product roadmap is technically feasible and optimized for long-term scalability. * Delivery & roadmap: You are responsible for the technical delivery of the team. You set priorities, manage the technical roadmap, and ensure that milestones are met. * Architecture & strategy: You oversee the technical direction of the squad, identifying potential improvements in our solutions and leading initiatives that push our stack (both .NET and Vue.js) forward. * Hands-on development: You lead by example.
