* Administration der Microsoft 365 Umgebung (Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur an allen Standorten
 * Migration kritischer on-premise Systeme auf redundante, ausfallsichere Infrastruktur
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Backup- und Recovery-Systeme
 * Technische Begleitung der IT-Integration bei Zukäufen
 * Dokumentation aller Systeme, Konfigurationen und Prozesse
 * Umsetzung von Changes gemäß Change-Management-Prozess
 * Unterstützung des Helpdesk bei eskaliertem Second- und Third-Level-Support
 * Steuerung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister im Infrastrukturbereich
