Partner with hardware, software, mechanical, and supplier teams to define product requirements and drive execution in ambiguous design spaces. Lead the design, validation, and bring-up of system boards , translating early-stage product concepts into manufacturable hardware. Diagnose and resolve complex design and manufacturing issues where root causes are unclear, finding paths forward in difficult situations. Define and own system performance validation strategies, balancing short-term execution with long-term product quality. Lead engineering builds and partner with manufacturers globally to deliver high-volume manufacturing readiness, with travel as needed. A day in the life As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you will engage with experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products. You will work with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to drive product definition, execution, and test - often in problem spaces where requirements are still being defined. You will bring sound technical judgment to complex decisions, mentor junior engineers, and shape your team's design strategy.
