This individual will focus on the overall planning, execution, and success of large, multi-year efforts, including systems development, research, and advanced technology initiatives critical to the activity's and agency's needs. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for program direction, definition, and long-range planning, driving successful outcomes by managing technical approaches, resources, milestones, budgets, and schedules.
