Having a product line mindset and understanding interconnections between requirements, architecture, and analyses is critical., * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, and 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. * Experience with development of new requirements specifications, flow down of requirements. * Experience with system requirements management . * System Integration and Test Experience. * Proven Leadership Experience (3 years or more). * Requirements Trace Verification Matrix Development (RTVM). * Customer Interface (Internal & External). * Development of requirements verification plans and test procedures.
