Working Hours are 37.5 per week. Monday - Friday., * Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned.

 * Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks.
 * Pro-actively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
 * Arranging contractor service visits, co-ordinating with our clients.
 * Producing client site log books and all other associated activity.
 * Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.
