Do you have experience in Technical support?, * 5-8+ years of construction project experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities

 * Prior experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, or similar
 * Advanced, hands-on proficiency with industry-standard VDC/BIM tools, including:AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Archicad (or comparable platforms)
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
 * Bilingual preferred.

## Description

* Direct and oversee BIM and VDC workflows across active projects
 * Manage VDC production efforts and promote collaboration between project teams, office personnel, and IT
 * Develop, implement, and maintain VDC standards, processes, and best practices
 * Provide guidance, technical support, and mentorship to project and VDC staff
 * Support constructability reviews, coordination efforts, and clash detection processes
 * Act as a central point of contact between operations, design consultants, and field teams
