Leadership * Experience leading teams or influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority * Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and challenge decisions constructively Skills * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. * Deep understanding of financial planning, investment evaluation, and performance management. * Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, internal controls, and governance practices. * Advanced financial systems and data analytics skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations. * High degree of professional judgment, integrity, and confidence in representing finance perspectives. * Ability to balance business partnership with enterprise governance requirements. * Continuous improvement mindset; experience applying Lean or process optimization principles. This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment analysis across R&D portfolios, IT programs, and enabling capabilities that support long-term growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires a high degree of cross-functional partnership with R&D leadership, IT leadership, and Corporate Finance, along with the ability to translate complex technical and innovation-driven investments into clear financial insights for executive decision-making.
