## About the Role

* Scripting knowledge in Shell/PowerShell.
 * AWS knowledge, including CloudWatch, EKS, and SQS.
 * Experience in Sustained Resiliency and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
 * Strong PL/SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot DDL and DML statements, perform data analysis, and resolve application issues.
 * Knowledge of the SFTP protocol and file transfer processes.
 * Understanding of SSH keys, certificates, and related security concepts.
 * Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys or Control-M.
 * Good understanding of MQ messaging systems.
 * Strong knowledge of web servers, including Apache, Tomcat, and IIS on Windows environments.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate incident management activities.

Preferred Skills:

 * Python programming experience.
 * AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform.
 * Understanding of Kafka messaging and event-driven architectures.
 * Experience with Jules, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Knowledge of SLI and SLO management practices.
 * SRE mindset with a willingness to leverage AI in production support environments.
