***This job opportunity is not in the classified service and is not covered by the West Virginia Division of Personnel merit system. ***Please Note: This is an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties: Create as well as modify applications as part of a team.Entry level object-oriented programming in C#, WPF, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.May work with users to gather information for both new systems and current system modification, documentation, analysis, and coding.Will utilize Microsoft Team Foundation server as a code repository and to push changes to test and production.Will be responsible for working with outside entities, such as the Treasurer's Office, WV Offices of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) TPAs, and other third parties to develop solutions to OIC systems and data management needs.May monitor scheduled jobs, assist with user training, and system documentation.Ability to work well and communicate with others is
essential.Performs other duties as assigned. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities will be beneficial to the selected candidate: C#, WPF, stored procedures (Oracle and SQL), working knowledge of ASP.NET, analysis skills, programming certifications in web and/or object-oriented programming is desired but not necessary.Click The APPLY Link To Apply Online.
