## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of professional engineering experience in system or application development.

 * Strong proficiency in C++ (Mandatory).
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).

Preferred (Big Plus):

 * Experience with Rust.

## Description

We are seeking a Embedded Software Developer to join our development team stationed on-site at a leading automotive manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality system and application software for next-generation vehicle technologies.

[ Essential Duties ]

Responsible for overseeing, participating in and performing, but not limited to, the following tasks:

 * Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications.
 * Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
 * Collaborate closely with engineers in Japan and North America to drive project
 * success.
 * Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
 * Prepare and present progress reports, and actively contribute in team discussions.
