This may include more than one consultant. * To be the technical lead for the permanent works design on the project unless an Design Manager is present. * Ensure both input and output deliverables for the design are tracked and reported to the Project/Engineering Manager as required. * Manage the Technical Queries process. Assigning actions and follow up on responses. * Manage and communicate all design queries, comments and information required from Design workshops and meetings and keep records. * Raise requests for further information internally and externally from the whole project team. * Support the Design manager to ensure all design deliverables are timeously provided as per the of design programmes. * Review Designers Monthly reports and produce monthly reports on design progress and any other design specific elements. * Manage and update the design deliverable schedule. * Review all design deliverables and ensure that they are completed to the expected standard.
