## About the Role

* Previous experience within the Building Management Systems (BMS/BEMS) industry.
 * Familiarity with Trend and IQ Vision systems.
 * Experience with Siemens and/or Tridium systems would be advantageous.
 * Good understanding of mechanical plant and associated building services.
 * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Full UK driving licence.
 * Good IT and PC literacy skills.

## Description

As the BMS Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising Building Management Systems (BMS/BEMS) across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings. Working closely with clients, you'll provide preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and technical support to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably., * Undertaking planned preventative maintenance on BMS and building control systems.

 * Diagnosing and resolving system faults and performance issues.
 * Carrying out small repairs and remedial works.
 * Conducting routine inspections to ensure optimal system reliability and performance.
 * Responding to service call-outs and breakdowns in accordance with service agreements.
 * Providing technical support and guidance to clients.
 * Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
 * Participating in an on-call rota for emergency support when required.
