This role will provide day-to-day technical support for employees across multiple office locations, with primary responsibility for supporting the Sacramento office with travel to the other Bay Area offices as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft 365 experience, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to provide professional in-person and remote support in a fast-paced environment.
