WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS: * Current U.S. Government Top SECRET clearance. * Experience supporting DoW, U.S. Space Force, USSPACECOM, or Space Systems Command missions in an operations or training capacity. * Familiarity with Space Domain Awareness (SDA) or satellite ground system operations and command and control workflows. * Prior experience as a Mission Director or Operations Supervisor in a Government or defense contractor operations environment. * CISSP, Security+, or equivalent DoW 8140 certification. ## Description Auria is looking to hire a Mission Operations Center (MOC) Manager to support a classified mission operations program for the U.S. Space Force. In the early phases of the program, this role serves as the primary training and certification lead, responsible for capturing operator training requirements and building the training curriculum that prepares Guardians for full operational certification. As the program matures and the MOC facility becomes operational, this individual transitions to managing daily MOC operations. The strongest candidates will bring both space operations experience and a background in structured training and curriculum development. Primary work location is Colorado Springs, CO (hybrid). Travel to Government facilities may be required.
