 * Erfahrungen mit automatischer Softwareverteilung z.B. Matrix42 (Empirum), Ticketsystemen und Remoteunterstützung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter, der gemäß Supportvertrag zugeordneten Außenstellen und Tochterunternehmungen bei allen IT-Anfragen im Second-Level Support (Client Team)
 * Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebes im Client-Umfeld
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im operativen Bereich
 * Bearbeitung und Lösung von technischen Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 * Ansprechpartner im Second-Level Support
