## Description

The Client Technologies Specialist I supports end-user computing environments by providing technical assistance, coordinating system updates, and ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and related technologies. This role serves as a key point of contact for technology support, bridging communication between business users and IT services., * Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices

 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related equipment
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and network issues to identify and resolve technical problems
 * Assist with software installations, patches, upgrades, and antivirus management
 * Coordinate testing and implementation of system changes, upgrades, and new applications
 * Support performance and system availability improvements through analysis and recommendations
 * Serve as a primary contact for IT support requests, service outages, and user inquiries
 * Communicate status updates clearly and document all work for future reference
 * Participate in team meetings and problem review sessions
 * Assist with procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT hardware and software assets
 * Ensure proper backup processes and system reliability standards are followed
 * Develop or assist with user training materials and technical documentation
 * Evaluate technology needs and recommend hardware or software solutions
 * Monitor system usage trends and identify opportunities for improvement
 * Support coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders
