You'll ideally bring experience across several of the following: * Application Management or Software/Application Support leadership * Enterprise application ownership * Supplier and vendor management * Service Improvement * ITIL principles * Change & Release Management * Incident & Problem Management * Business Analysis * Stakeholder engagement at all levels * Software lifecycle management * SaaS and cloud-based applications * Microsoft technologies * SQL understanding (desirable) * Power Platform exposure (desirable) ## Description As Software Application Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, fit for purpose and continually evolving to meet the needs of the organisation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of technology and the business-building strong stakeholder relationships, driving continuous improvement and ensuring applications deliver genuine commercial value. The OpportunityYou'll become the technical and operational owner for a broad suite of enterprise applications, working closely with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers and the wider technology team to ensure services are delivered to an exceptional standard. Rather than simply maintaining existing systems, you'll play a key role in shaping application strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing upgrades, overseeing suppliers and helping deliver new technology initiatives. This is a highly visible role where you'll have genuine influence across the organisation.
