In this role, you will be responsible for defining platform architecture, establishing development standards, and delivering scalable solutions that support business and operational objectives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams to design and implement ServiceNow capabilities while ensuring platform performance, security, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
