Specifying project scope, producing and maintaining detailed plans, risks and issues logs and agreeing budgets with clients. Effectively leading internal and external work groups to deliver project objectives * The role of Senior ICT Project Manager is key to the delivery of transformational change across the ICT & Digital department and wider LCC estate * Your demonstrable knowledge as a qualified project manager should include a good knowledge of Local Government Services. A detailed understanding of the Agile and Prince2 project management framework and a have a track record of project delivery * The role of Senior ICT Project Manager requires an individual with drive and passion to make a difference. Someone who wants to work in a dynamic workplace to be, where no two days are the same and the work is always interesting and varied.
