## Description

For the Leadership & Talent Development department, we are looking for a "Working Student Change & Communication (f/m/d)" at our locations in Taufkirchen or Ulm, starting as soon as possible (approximately 15 hours/week).

In the area of Leadership and Talent Development, we are the experts in leadership and talent development. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of programs and initiatives that provide our leaders and talents with a platform for personal and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

Actively support the preparation and implementation of communication measures in the context of introducing a new tool-based performance & development process
Assist in the creation of communication materials (e.g., presentations, newsletters)
Conduct research on best practices in change management and target group-oriented communication
Support the evaluation and preparation of data from surveys
