Darauf entstehen mehrere Produkte - etwa der Voice Agent "Finn", der geplante Chat-Assistent "Fred" und weitere Use Cases. Du entwickelst die Plattform gemeinsam im Team kontinuierlich weiter. Die fachlichen Anwendungsfälle verantwortet Data Science, die Cloud-Infrastruktur unser Infrastruktur-Team.

Nur wenige Unternehmen bauen aktuell eine eigene LLM-Plattform für produktive Kundenkommunikation auf. Du wirst Teil dieses Aufbaus und arbeitest in einem Umfeld, das dir schnelle fachliche Weiterentwicklung ermöglicht - mit wachsender Verantwortung und viel Gestaltungsspielraum schon nach kurzer Zeit., * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des LLM-Stacks (Frameworks, Modell-Anbindungen, Workflows)

 * Umsetzung neuer Plattform-Komponenten (Tool-Integrationen, Daten-Anbindungen, Workflow-Bausteine)
 * Bewertung und Umsetzung von Updates im AI-Ökosystem
 * Automatisierte Evaluationen und Observability
 * Datenmodell-Änderungen und Schema-Migrationen (PostgreSQL, SQLModel, Alembic)
 * Mitarbeit an der Verwaltungs-GUI (Next.js/React)
