## About the Role

* Experience with supporting experimentation at scale and observational causal inference to drive product development
 * Strong statistical intuition and applied experience solving problems in consumer-facing products. Experience analyzing recommender systems is a plus.
 * Expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python and/or R)
 * Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent at managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
 * Comfort with ambiguity; ability to thrive with minimal oversight and process.

## Description

The New Content Experiences DSE team focuses on introducing new content types and innovative experiences to our product. We partner closely with Product, Design, Algorithms, and Engineering to surface opportunities, inform product strategy, and evaluate the success of initiatives. The content we focus on includes Games, Live, Podcasts, and more exciting things to come., * Drive product innovation focused on our new content verticals and help shape the member experience through robust measurement strategies covering experimentation, modeling, and analytics.

 * Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to realize our vision of entertaining the world as content and culture continue to evolve
 * Develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase and influence complex decision-making.
 * Facilitate ownership and accountability by ensuring the team produces trustworthy, high-quality outputs that inform decisions and shape the direction of member experience.
 * Adapt quickly to changing circumstances. The new content experiences team evolves rapidly, and this role will help shape its future.
