Desirables * Experience with RMM and PSA tools such as Autotask, Datto RMM, or N-able. * Familiarity with UniFi, FortiGate, or Ruckus networking, including firewall and NAT configuration. * Basic PowerShell scripting and automation skills. * Experience administering SharePoint and Teams. * Understanding of security best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, and compliance. You will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support, delivering onsite assistance to clients across London/Southeast, and supporting deployments and projects across modern cloud-first environments.
