## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
 * 7 years of project management experience. 7 years of experience in healthcare innovation, systems engineering, and/or technology transformation.
 * BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

## Description

Applies health systems engineering principles and methods to solve business problems and plan for the future. Uses expertise in healthcare operations, change management, data analysis, emerging technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.), innovation culture, and high-performing networks to innovate, adapt, enter new markets, and build new care models.

Responsibilities:

Integrates deep organization and industry knowledge with structure methods, change management, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative, transformative, and actionable solutions.

Conducts current state assessments and/or gap analyses across the health system and develops recommendations to inform leadership decisions.

Provides business consultative and management engineering services from discovery to execution of ideas, applying expertise in areas such as business visioning, roadmap development, technology enablement, business use cases, operations optimization, change management, and solution implementation.

Develops frameworks needed to understand and analyze current state.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
