## About the Role

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatikerin für Anwendungsentwicklung oder ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik o. Ä. Auch Quereinsteiger*innen mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung sind willkommen
 * Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Softwareentwickler*in in einem Unternehmensumfeld mit
 * Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Next.js und TypeScript und idealerweise auch mit Datenbanken und Microsoft Azure
 * Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend auf Deutsch (mindestens C2-Niveau)
 * Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit KI-Unterstützung (z. B. Vibe Coding, bzw. Context Engineering o. Ä.)
 * Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist offen für Veränderungen, fühlst dich wohl in einem dynamischen Umfeld, denkst stark lösungsorientiert und verstehst Softwareentwicklung als "Handwerk"

## Description

* Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen, vor allem für interne Anwendungen, die nicht durch unsere Standard-Systemlandschaft abgedeckt werden
 * Du treibst die weitere Professionalisierung unserer Softwareentwicklung voran (z. B. Prozesse, Code-Qualität, Tooling)
 * Du unterstützt Kolleg*innen mit weniger Erfahrung als Mentor*in und teilst aktiv dein Wissen im Team
