 * Souveräne Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch - mündlich und schriftlich
 * Analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative & Zuverlässigkeit
 * Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb DACH / Europa

 * Erfahrung mit IP-basierten Infrastrukturen für Audio/Video

## Description

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden, Herstellern und unserem internen Team zusammen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören, * Installation und Administration von Servern, Speichern, Netzwerken und Anwendungen in Cloud-, Private-Cloud-, virtualisierten sowie On-Premise-Umgebungen

 * Überprüfung der Funktionalität von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen persönlich, per Fernzugriff oder telefonisch
 * Kommunikation mit Kunden und Herstellern zur Einhaltung unserer Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Service & Projekte

 * Unterstützung bei Demos für Kunden sowie während Projektphasen
 * Problemidentifikation sowie Auswertung kontextbezogener Informationen und Daten
 * Betrieb und Pflege unserer IT- und Laborsysteme
