Hauptaufgaben:\* Verantwortlich für Serviceeinsätze in Italien, Griechenland und dem Balkan zur Inbetriebnahme unserer Maschinen  
\* Technische Kundenbetreuung vor Ort, telefonisch und per E-Mail  
\* Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei technischen Fragestellungen, Tests und Fehlerbehebungen in Neuenburg vor Ort  
\* Durchführung von Maschinen- und Materialtests inkl. Dokumentation  
\* Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung neuer Maschinen und Begleitung der Markteinführung  
\* Durchführung von Kundenschulungen

 

Profil:  
\* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation  
\* Erfahrung im Bereich Maschinen- oder Anlagentechnik  
\* Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft  
\* Sehr gute Italienisch- und gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  
\* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise  
\* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden  
\* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
