Do you have experience in iOS?, * A self starter who can take an idea and run with it without hand holding

 * Comfortable building and shipping a mobile app - whether through native iOS (Swift), React/React Native, or modern AI-assisted/no-code app tools. I care more about your ability to ship than your specific stack.
 * Resourceful and scrappy - you figure things out, learn quickly, and don't get stuck
 * Genuinely interested in healthcare/wellness and in building something that helps people
 * Reliable and communicative, even on a flexible, part-time schedule
 * Hungry - you want the experience, the ownership, and the upside more than a paycheck right now
