delivering at pace and meeting our own high internal standards of output and delivery.As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:* Business Development - Using your full stack skillset to build AI Demonstrators to showcase to potential clients, contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.* Internal contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.* Learning & development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.## YOUR PROFILEWe'd love to meet someone with:* Experience working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting mindset with a proven ability to be successful in a
matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering solutions. Experience of working with client sponsors, both technical and non-technical, to collaboratively design requirements and build out solutions.* Experience of designing and developing full-stack applications across the application lifecycle, from building early PoCs, through to developing MVPs and testing them, to finally deploying a secure and scalable production-grade solution.* A proven track record of successfully delivering solutions using traditional Machine Learning models, Generative AI models and using Agentic AI frameworks in a client-facing environment, by building* GenAI And Agentic solutions, including data engineering in cloud environments.* The ability to demonstrate the potential that AI has to offer to unlock business value.Your Technical Expertise:This list shows the technologies we work with most often.
