This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of People, Reward, and Finance, where your work will directly influence pay reviews, budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic reward initiatives. And there's more… We've recently rolled out Dayforce - our integrated People system bringing together People, payroll, recruitment, time & attendance, and talent management data into one connected platform. You'll be at the heart of unlocking its full potential. What you'll be doing Building slick dashboards and modelling tools that make people go: "Wow… I actually get it now."
