This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capability with a practical, business-focused approach. You will work closely with our external managed service provider (MSP), helping ensure services are delivered effectively, projects are implemented correctly, and technology decisions are aligned with business needs. You will play a key role in overseeing technical standards, improving service quality, supporting infrastructure projects, and providing internal technical assurance across the organisation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable operating independently, taking ownership of issues, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to the business.
