 * A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities

## Description

This role is ideal for an experienced Document Controller or Information Manager who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoys working closely with project teams and stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring information is managed efficiently across the full project lifecycle, supporting successful delivery and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) and overseeing document control processes across one or multiple projects
 * Ensuring projects are set up and delivered in line with ISO 19650 standards and Dalkia processes
 * Handling day-to-day information management activities, including document uploads, workflows, approvals, and queries
 * Acting as the key point of contact between project teams, clients, and main contractors for information management
 * Coordinating and managing interfaces between client/main contractor CDEs and Dalkia systems
 * Producing project reports and KPIs for the Information Management Lead
 * Supporting and delivering CDE training to project teams
 * Assisting with general project administration where required
