Schedule and Attendance expectations * Strong attendance and punctuality are essential in this 24/7 call center role ## Description As a Technical Client Support Representative, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance. You'll troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions, and ensure every interaction leaves customers feeling supported and confident. This is a full-time non-exempt position to provide technical support to internal and external customers.
