 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. GER-Level C1) in Wort und Schrift

Mit strategischem Weitblick, Fokus auf Innovation und Ownership formen Sie ein zukunftsfähiges, serviceorientiertes IT-Team und treiben die digitale Transformation voran - national wie international., * Führung & Organisationsentwicklung: Sie führen, coachen und entwickeln Ihr Team und gestalten eine leistungsfähige, global ausgerichtete sowie zukunftssichere Organisations- und Teamstruktur.

 * Strategie & globale Ausrichtung: Sie definieren und verantworten die globale Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Roadmap im Einklang mit der Unternehmens- und IT-Strategie und treiben Standardisierung sowie Automatisierung konsequent voran.
 * Betrieb & Servicequalität: Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für einen stabilen und effizienten IT-Betrieb inklusive Service Delivery und Service Desk und sichern durch klare KPIs, Transparenz und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen eine hohe Servicequalität.
 * Transformation & Zusammenarbeit: Sie gestalten aktiv Transformationsinitiativen, fördern die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle innerhalb der IT sowie zu relevanten Business-Stakeholdern.
