Bluepearl is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to work as the second-in-command alongside our Lead Designer, helping to drive the architectural and interior design vision of the project from concept through delivery. This is a senior role for a confident, organized professional who pairs strong creative instincts with command of today's digital and AI-driven workflows. About the role Reporting directly to the Lead Designer, you will be their right hand across the design process: helping set standards, coordinating consultants and contractors, running day-to-day delivery, and stepping in for the Lead when required. You will work closely with the development, construction and commercial teams on site in Ibiza, and act as a steady, trusted point of contact for the wider project team. The successful candidate will combine proven creativity with the leadership, organizational and presentation skills needed to support the Lead, drive the team forward and represent the project at a high level. You will also help guard Bluepearl's visual identity - reviewing social media output, presentation materials and every external touchpoint to ensure they stay on brand and on standard.
