## Description

* Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
 * Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID/Azure AD
 * Perform server patching, vulnerability remediation, and system maintenance
 * Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide Tier 2/3 support
 * Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations
 * Support security initiatives including MFA, system hardening, and compliance activities
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams
 * Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management processes
