Participate in business requirements discussions and provide technical expertise about SuccessFactors system functionality and capability. Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules. Complete hands-on configuration and unit testing of SuccessFactors system. Participate in system integration testing| user acceptance testing| and end-to-end testing. Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central| ECC HCM module. Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables. Hands on Design and configuration experience & knowledge in all SuccessFactors modules Hands on experience of designing and configuration of SAP ECC HR modules. Hands on experience of SF to ECC integration and data replication. Hands on Experience of SF integration with UKG.
