This role will use AI, machine learning, and large language models to detect patterns, surface risks, and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine software engineering and AI/ML expertise with experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure telemetry, and operational resilience. There is also an interest in developing small language models that can operate in an isolated environment., Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on work in LLMs, NLP, or generative AI applications. Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale data platforms is required, as is experience with APIs, microservices, and production deployment patterns. Technical Skills: * Programming languages including Python and SQL. * AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or LangChain. * Understanding of cybersecurity and infrastructure concepts, including logs, vulnerabilities, incident response, cloud infrastructure, and operational resilience. Preferred Qualifications * Experience fine-tuning or adapting open-source or proprietary LLMs for enterprise use cases. * Experience with RAG, vector databases, and semantic search architectures. * Familiarity with cyber tooling such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, CMDB, and ITSM systems. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of infrastructure resilience, high availability, and service continuity concepts. * Experience with model security, AI risk controls, or responsible AI practices. * Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with graph analytics, anomaly detection, or time-series analysis for infrastructure data. ## Description * Design, build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based solutions for cyber resiliency and infrastructure analytics. * Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for contextual analysis. * Analyze infrastructure logs, security alerts, and incident records to identify anomalies and resilience gaps. * Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and dependency mapping. * Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest and process large volumes of infrastructure and cybersecurity data. * Develop and deploy production-grade AI services and APIs using secure software engineering practices. * Monitor model performance, drift, accuracy, and usage. * Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and model governance requirements. ## Related Videos - [Docker Compose: Rediscovered](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1978-docker-compose-rediscovered) - [Photonic Computing: Programming a New Class of AI Accelerators (incl.
