## Description

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Technical Consultant with 15+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical development. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll technical components, reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on developing scalable and high-performing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions., * Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical solutions.

 * Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and business rules.
 * Design and develop HCM Extracts for payroll reporting and outbound integrations.
 * Build and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and XML/RTF templates.
 * Develop and support payroll integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, and file-based interfaces.
 * Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
 * Troubleshoot production issues involving Payroll, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and integrations.
 * Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
