Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery., * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Ability to meet deadlines * Ability to provide clear guidance to others * Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management * Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes, * 5+ years of progressive experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile practitioner in a complex corporate environment, including coaching delivery teams through Agile adoption, ceremonies, and continuous improvement. * 3+ years of experience applying Agile principles in enterprise settings, plus at least one active relevant certification such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, or equivalent. * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP, including 2+ years working with scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, or equivalent. * 5+ years demonstrating strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills, with experience leading workshops, coaching leaders and teams, resolving delivery impediments, and driving Agile mindset and behavior change. * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment * Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred * Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities * Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products * Can operate independently or with minimum supervision * Excellent Written and Communication Skills * Ability to deliver technical demonstrations ## Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to guide our teams in adopting and improving Agile practices. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering an Agile mindset across the organization, mentoring Scrum Masters and team members, and driving continuous improvement in product delivery.
