This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: * Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment. * Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes. * Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner. * Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules. * Provide efficient and reliable service to customers. * Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. * Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. * Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
